Haven’t posted in awhile and it mostly because of life and getting ready for my yearly autumn LARP I usually attend. So I haven’t abandoned my tumblr and will keep posting here but I want to keep things relevant to this blog. My plan now is to write some posts LARP from my point of view. Remember that my style is not how many swedish LARPers go about this hobby and this is only a hobby for me. I have other things that I take more seriously like climbing and work. After all LARP is me being in the woods in black leather and grease paint, how silly is that for real?
- jarednz and I have been discussing on his LARP rules and I asked if they will have "baddies" as PC or NPC. And it seems that in NZ they have most villains as NPC. So I was wondering if the tumblr LARPers have "bad guys" as PC or NPC on their LARPs.
- There is surely a lot of pros with baddies as NPC but as a drow LARPer being the "bad guy" is something I really enjoy. Though my drow character don't view himself as evil rather its the good guys that are the villains!
- Please let me know!
Drow swords in leather scabbards
The latex boffer swords I made needed maintainance as latex gets old. So I asked Niki if she could repaint my trusty swords since the foam in them are still good and the weapons are safe to use if repainted.
So not only are they very easy to draw they have now this beautiful nock that looks like the shell decoration we use for our work in leather.

Drow belt with a pouch
Made this last week as a gift and it turned out very nicely. The “built in” pouch to carry stuff (mostly loot hehe) will be very useful.
Found this newspaper at my moms place in Västerås (pronounced like the Game of Thrones continent Westeros). I had to scan it and share with you guys though it took a while to dust off that old scanner.
I dont know who this larper is though.

Xorlarrin: Female Drow Light Chest Harness
Finally I finished my first commission for a friend that recently joined our small larp group. Im very pleased with the harness and looking forward to see it in action on a larp! Our new recruits must also keep the latest in drow fashion as that is an important part for us in Xorlarrin.

I needed a pouch to easily carry drow poisons/potions on larps so I ordered 20 small flasks. And after getting them I made a pouch to hold them. Im pretty happy about the pouch but I will make two smaller ones with only 4-5 flasks. But thats for later, next up will be finishing a harness for a female drow and I think it is my best work so far.
